In January 2000, AFP SPEDITION Ltd. originated when the international logistics company separated from the Import-Export Dpt. of U PLUS Ltd., which had existed since January 1992. The company, owned by a single family, is founded on the long-term experience in sales and freight transportation of the co-owners. Antwell Group, formerly JP Spedition, was established in 1998. It was founded by Mr. Pavlicek, the current owner and a colleague you met at our brief meeting. For many years, the company was dedicated only to freight forwarding and then to transport, and in the times of covid we added the rental of transport equipment and our own service. Subsequently we bought an Autocentre where both trucks and cars are serviced (Pneucentrum + autocentrum).
Now the company focuses mainly on the rental of semi-trailer equipment, both to small and large companies such as DHF, Yusen, Gefco.
We have about 400 pieces of equipment and this year we would like to buy another 50 pieces of equipment to expand our rental fleet.
The services we can offer are transport and forwarding, rental of transport equipment, purchase and purchase of used transport equipment and last but not least servicing of transport and passenger cars here in Kralupy and subsequently in other cities in the Czech Republic.

Last year, we handled 78,612 tonnes of cargo (gross weight) via three independent terminals with the overall capacity of 235,000 tonnes. In 2024, Prague Airport expects to handle over 90,000 tonnes of freight arriving from or headed to one of the 170+ destinations connected with this airport by regular passenger and cargo flights.

Skyport, a professional air cargo, mail and e-commerce Ground Handling Agent, currently operates at three locations in the Czech Republic (Prague airport) and Slovakia (Bratislava & Košice airports).
The state-of-the-art air cargo terminal at Vaclav Havel Airport Prague spans over 5 hectares, including a handling area and a non-public SRA zone with a stand for three wide-body freighters.
Our warehouse offers a cargo capacity of 200,000 tons and an additional dedicated mail center with 20,000 tons capacity. The SRA zone is equipped with an Elevating Transfer Vehicle for 220 ULDs – the only one in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and amongst the very few in Central Europe.
